Band Bio - Joseph

Joseph plays keyboards for Papa Clutch, and we're starting to take advantage of his vocal talents as well, adding his harmonies to several songs and giving him more lead vocals as quickly as we can.   Joseph joined the band in December of 2003, and made quite an impact on the Papa Clutch sound almost immediately.   Joseph also plays several other instruments, which we will be finding a way to work in (these include harmonica, saxophone, guitar, and percussion).

Joseph was born in Bloomington, IL, and has been in the Reno/Sparks area since 1982.   He performed in the Reno area from 1982 to 1998 in the well-known 'Cheryl Cotten Band'.

Joseph would be the only Shifter that still qualifies as a "full-time musician", since his "day job" is serving as the Director of Music Ministries for Our Lady of the Snows Catholic church.
