Band History

• Established in Midwest as Clutch & the Shifters about 1962.

• Renamed Papa Clutch & the Shifters by successors in 1979.

• Re-established in Reno in 1986.

• Performs at concerts, fairs, conventions, fund-raisers, private parties, etc.

• Released their first CD ("The First Ten Years") in the summer of 2000.
